I recently finished my Lazy Katy for The Loopy Ewe’s Camp Loopy – project 1. I used Schoppel Wolle Zauberball in the Brombeere colorway. It’s a gorgeous pink/plum/purple/black colorway. This shawl has a very unusual shape which does fun and interesting things to stripes. That’s why it’s been so popular in the knitting world! I finally had the foresight to take pics after knitting but BEFORE blocking…it’s always fun to see pre and post blocking.
Unblocked:
Soaking in wool wash. I use Brown Sheep Top of the Lamb Shampoo. I bought it years ago and it’s going to last the rest of my life!
Blocking:
Artsy photo of the lace edging (as artsy as I get):

Tiger says, “Who’s that?!”
(It’s one of the real tigers at our local zoo.)
“I’M the only REAL tiger around here! Hrmph.”
What a lovely shawl! And of course Tiger is the only real tiger... no one else can take on that role!
